Founder & Chief Alchemist
Our Founding Marketing Wizard, Gordon Van Wechel, has over 25 years of experience in this industry and brings to the table a winning recipe of revolutionary ideas combined with enthusiasm to encourage, inspire, and support his staff and clientele.
Staying one step ahead of innovation, he strives to take his clients to the next level of marketing through a combination of strategy, creativity, and drive.
Gordon also helps company owners transition out of their business if they are looking to sell and has successfully built and sold 3 businesses himself.
Jennine
VP and Management Magician
Jennine is a graduate of the University of New Mexico and has over 24 years of business management experience.
From running a dental office to starting a wedding cake business and co-authoring the book “Total Market Takeover”, Jennine is no stranger to the “magic” of turning dreams into a reality.
Jennine’s role at Alchemy is to work alongside Gordon overseeing all aspects of The Alchemy Consulting Group formula. Her motto – happy team = happy clients.
Tammy-ann
Operations Manager
Tammy-ann joined the Alchemy Consulting Group in the early part of 2020 and quickly fit right in.
When she’s not helping the team, you can find her diving into the numbers to assist our Data Science as her background consists of Analytics and Reporting.
She’s responsible for ensuring the team and clients are happy at all times, project deadlines are met, and that the quality of work goes above and beyond expectation.

Justin joins us from a successful career selling office equipment right out of college. For the last 15 years he has owned and managed a 7-figure lawn care and landscaping business that is now being directed by his son.
